"The neck is what sold me in this top. I love the idea of the draping. There is a little weight inside to keep it in place. I’ve found it to be less cool than I wanted it to be, but with fall coming it may be great with a blazer and look a bit like a turtleneck. Not giving up. Love the pattern too."
